Warranty Policy

We provide warranty on Lithium-ion and LiFePO4 Battery Packs ranging from 12V to 72V. Warranty is also applicable on specific chargers. Warranty details are mentioned in the respective product description boxes.

Details of Warranty

• Warranty period is clearly mentioned on each product's description page.
• If no warranty is mentioned, the product is considered as not covered under warranty.
• Invoice copy and warranty card are mandatory for claiming warranty. Claims without these documents will not be accepted.
• If you did not receive these at the time of purchase/delivery, you must collect them from our store or inform us via WhatsApp within 24 hours.
• In case of a warranty claim, the buyer must courier the item to us at their own cost. Return courier charges are also to be borne by the buyer.
• Warranty will be void in the following cases:
  • Physical damage, water damage, torn connectors, or misuse.
  • Use of lead-acid chargers or non-specified chargers.
  • Improper connections, open electrical joints, or short circuits.

Depth of Discharge (DOD) Policy

Battery capacity degradation is based on its life cycle and usage. Warranty for low backup/mileage issues is only applicable if the DOD rate is lower than the below standards:

• 1st Year: 85% (e.g., 30Ah battery can drop to 25.5Ah)
• 2nd Year: 75%
• 3rd Year: 65%

If the capacity drops below these levels, the battery will be considered damaged and eligible for repair.

Service Warranty

• Service warranty includes free servicing if the battery is damaged.
• Replacement parts (if required) must be paid for by the customer.

Important Notes

• Item serial number labels must remain intact. Damaged or missing labels void the warranty.
• Repair time for warranty claims may vary from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the issue.
